My name is Deb McKinzie, founder of Errands Are Easy.  We service the Twin Cities metro and suburban areas of Minnesota. Errands Are Easy was started as a solution to minimize some of life’s stressors.   Being a single parent gave me first hand experience on how stressful life can become. Making ends meet meant having two jobs, going to night school, parenting, as well as taking care of all the other daily responsibilities. After my son was grown and off on his own, I had time to breathe again.  As my parents aged, their health failed and I became one of their caregivers. Living three hours away made this difficult, at best. When I couldn’t be there, I had to rely on limited in-home medical care, which did not cover any of their personal needs. If I had known of someone nearby to help my parents it would have been worth its weight in gold.  

After working for over 20 years in customer service - phone sales, pharmacy technician, receptionist, business owner, teacher, and consultant – I knew that outstanding customer service had to be a core principle for my company. As Errands Are Easy was in the developmental stages, I reflected on services that would provide a perfect work/life balance for others.  Our services will do that for you, reclaiming your valuable time and enhancing your life.
